CAS-01379-H9D9F1 - Eastleigh Court – Stone Wall Repairs

Description of Works:
This procurement covers the provision of appointment of a suitably qualified masonry contractor to undertake repairs to a deteriorated stone boundary wall at Eastleigh Court, Taunton.
The works comprise the repair and reinstatement of sections of the existing stone boundary wall, including dismantling unstable areas where necessary, salvaging and reusing existing stonework where practical, rebuilding damaged sections, repointing, and making good adjoining surfaces.
The works are to be undertaken at Eastleigh Court, Taunton, during September and November 2026.
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labour, plant, materials, supervision, and waste disposal associated with the works.
