HDC-1556 Collapsed Drainage Reinstatement and Associated Works Lutterworth

Harborough District Council (The Council) wish to appoint a single contractor to carry out the Reinstatement of collapsed drainage and associated works at the land off Brookfield Way, adjacent Park Road, Kingsbury Park, Lutterworth.
In general the works include the following:
• Provision of site safety and temporary traffic management works, to include temporary
pedestrian barriers, signage and the like as required;
• Other general H&S precaution works;
• Renewal of drainage pipe;
• Reinstatement of drainage outfall;
• Landscaping and excavation works;
• Other general miscellaneous works.
Location: The working areas comprise the specific external areas and elements to be worked upon.
The Principle Contract Administrator is: Rhomco Consulting Limited.
Mandatory Site Visit
Attendance at a mandatory site visit is a condition of participation in this procurement process. For further details please refer to Section 7.2 below and Doc 4, Section 3, Pass Fail Elements.
