Heating Maintenance, Refurbishment and Replacement

TENDER NOTICE TO FOLLOW'.
The forthcoming opportunity is about Heating and Water Repairs, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Replacement Work Contracts. The scope is covered as follows:
Lot 1 - Individual Heating Contract A (North of the Borough, Contract B (South of the Borough)
Lot 2 - District Heating Contract C (North of the Borough) and Contract D (South of the Borough)
Each for a period of five years from April 2027 with the option to extend up to a further five years (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance).
The proposed scope of works for individual heating and water repairs and maintenance are:
• gas safety landlord inspections;
• gas servicing and maintenance including out of hours emergencies;
• individual gas boiler replacements; and
• individual air and ground source maintenance and installations.
The proposed scope of works for district heating maintenance, refurbishment and replacement are:
• district heating planned preventative maintenance;
• district heating maintenance and out of hours emergencies;
• district heating refurbishments;
• laundries servicing;
• district heating replacements; and
• renewable technologies
The above scope will be included in a procurement titled "Heating & Water Term Contracts for Repairs & Maintenance" with a project reference DN788422.
The scope will be as follows:
Lot 1 Individual Heating
Lot 2 Communal Heating
Lot 3 Water Hygiene
Lot 4 Building Energy Management Systems
Lot 5 Temporary Boilers
