IWM/2627/DE/3512: SEO/GEO Consultancy Services for Imperial War Museums

Imperial War Museums (IWM) is seeking a supplier to provide ongoing consultancy and advisory support for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search visibility across its websites and digital estate.
The appointed supplier will work closely with IWM's content, digital and technical teams to improve organic search performance, online discoverability and visibility within both traditional search engines and AI-driven search and answer platforms.
Services are expected to include:
•Technical SEO audits and recommendations
•Content optimisation and content strategy
•Keyword research and search intent analysis
•Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI visibility consultancy
•Answer engine optimisation for AI assistants and answer engines
•Structured data and schema markup recommendations
•Search analytics, reporting and performance measurement
•User journey optimisation and conversion improvement
•Website discoverability and indexing improvements
•Training, knowledge transfer and capability building for internal teams
The supplier will support IWM in increasing reach and visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, improving audience engagement and commercial outcomes, establishing meaningful performance measures and future-proofing digital discoverability strategies within an evolving search landscape.
IWM is advertising a two-year contract, with the option to extend by two further one-year periods. Please note that the advertised value of the contract anticipates that IWM will choose to use both contract extensions.
