Opportunity Overview
The procurement is divided into three geographic lots:
- Lot 1: Severn Area (Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire)
- Lot 2: Tame Area (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire)
- Lot 3: Witham Area (Lincolnshire, Rutland and Northamptonshire)
Each lot will cover the provision of EPC assessment services for relevant properties within the defined locality, carried out in accordance with all applicable legislation, guidance and accreditation requirements. Services may include site visits, data collection, production of EPCs, and submission to the appropriate EPC register.
Tenderers may bid for one, multiple, or all three lots, and each lot will be evaluated independently. Platform reserves the right to award one or more lots to a single supplier or to multiple suppliers, depending on value for money and compliance with the future tender requirements.
The contract aims to ensure a reliable, compliant and cost‑effective service that supports Platform's stock compliance requirements.
