Transport for Wales (TfW) is seeking engagement from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to support the development of a future procurement requirement for a CCTV Estate Strategic Review, Risk Assessment and Investment Business Case.
TfW operates a diverse CCTV estate across stations, depots, operational facilities and rolling stock throughout Wales and the Borders. The estate has evolved through multiple investment programmes, asset ownership arrangements, technologies and operating models.
