Quantities and brief description of the services to be provided: New construction of a residential complex with a daycare center and underground parking garage. The tendered services include the complete execution of the facade work, including the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), plastering and painting (including facade techniques – broom finish and smooth exposed concrete), as well as ceramic facade cladding and exposed concrete coatings. This includes the supply, processing, and installation of all system components – including substrate preparation, insulation work, reinforcement, topcoats, facade design, tile coverings in the plinth area, and all connection and detailing according to the execution and detail plans. • Mineral wool insulation boards 80–280 mm including surface reinforcement; approx. 1,950 m² • Edge protection/connections/diagonal reinforcement; approx. 1,100 m² • Facade technology broom finish / smooth exposed concrete: approx. 1,830 m² • Facade tiles ground floor: approx. 325 m² • Tiles reveals ground floor: approx. 115 m² • Expansion and connection joints: approx. 450 m² • Nesting aids and mounting elements: approx. 15 pcs.
