ProVitako intends to conclude framework agreements for its members to expand the Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems already in use at eligible organizations, along with corresponding services. Using a standardized MDM solution supports the central administration of a member or its sponsoring organizations in integrating additional devices into the existing IT system and also offers the possibility of automating processes such as device onboarding or app deployment. This leads to greater efficiency in resource utilization and improved IT security. Due to significant differences in supported operating systems and devices, MDM solutions are not universally compatible. However, compatibility with an existing IT environment is crucial. When expansions are required, devices and licenses must be easily integrated into the existing MDM systems. To ensure this, it is essential to procure the specific products of the respective manufacturer in use. ProVitako members and their sponsoring organizations use devices with both Android and iOS operating systems. Accordingly, corresponding MDM systems are already in use and deployed by the members for the facilities of their sponsoring organizations. To identify the manufacturers of the devices and the MDM systems already in use by members, a survey was conducted among the members. For the aforementioned reasons, this tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and corresponding services from the manufacturer Relution for Android devices, as these are already in use by eligible members. In a separate procedure, ProVitako also intends to conclude a framework agreement for its members for the supply of an MDM solution and corresponding services for iOS devices.
