Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός του αντικειμένου της σύμβασης, ανέρχεται στο ποσό των οκτώ εκατομ-μυρίων πεντακοσίων χιλιάδων ευρώ (€8.500.000,00), πλέον ΦΠΑ, και αναλύεται ως εξής: • έξι εκατομμύρια πεντακόσιες χιλιάδες ευρώ (€6.500.000,00), πλέον ΦΠΑ, προϋπολογισμός κυρίως αντικειμένου, για χρονικό διάστημα τριάντα (30) μηνών, το οποίο αποτελεί ανώτατο όριο προσφοράς. • Δικαιώματα Προαίρεσης, συνολικής εκτιμώμενης αξίας έως δύο εκατομμύρια ευρώ (€2.000.000,00), πλέον Φ.Π.Α, (ήτοι έως 30,77% του προϋπολογισμού) για: (α) Δικαίωμα Παράτασης: Ο ΑΔΜΗΕ διατηρεί μονομερώς το δικαίωμα να παρατείνει τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης έως ε-πτά (7) μήνες με ή χωρίς αντίστοιχη επαύξηση του φυσικού-οικονομικού αντικειμένου, με τους ίδιους όρους και τις ίδιες τιμές μονάδας, ή/και (β) Δικαίωμα Επαύξησης αντικειμένου σύμβασης: Ο ΑΔΜΗΕ διατηρεί, καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια εκτέλεσης της σύμβασης, το δικαίωμα επαύξησης του αντικειμένου, με ανάθεση όμοιων υπηρεσιών, με τους ίδιους όρους και τιμές μονάδος.
