ΣΑΛΠΕΑΣ ,Βρεφονηπιακούς σταθμούς , Σχολικές Μονάδες Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης και Σχολικές Μονάδες Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης του Δήμου Πειραιά. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της αναλυτικής διακήρυξης – Αναλυτική Περιγραφή Φυσικού και Οικονομικού Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης. | Αφορά την αποκατάσταση απρόβλεπτων βλαβών στα λεβητοστάσια ,όλων των κτιρίων που περιλαμβάνονται στην ομάδα Α Για έκτακτες βλάβες και φθορά λόγω της παλαιότητας των εγκαταστάσεων κεντρικής θέρμανσης θα απαιτηθούν: εργασίες αντικατάστασης ανταλλακτικών καθώς και ακέραιων μερών του Λεβητοστασίου όπως καυστήρας, λέβητας ,κυκλοφορητής ,κλειστό δοχείο διαστολής ,δεξαμενή, καμινάδα ,σωληνώσεις και παρελκόμενα που περιλαμβάνονται στον πίνακα προϋπολογισμού της μελέτης (ομάδα Β). Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της αναλυτικής διακήρυξης – Αναλυτική Περιγραφή Φυσικού και Οικονομικού Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης.
