Electronic open international above-threshold bidding for the supply and commissioning of "systems for recording and analyzing road network, traffic and traffic violations with special electronic devices (ΣΤΑΘΕΡΕΣ ΚΑΜΕΡΕΣ) with the provisions of Article 107 κ.ο.κ."

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a system for recording road network conditions, traffic and traffic violations, for the collection and visualization of data concerning the conditions in which the vehicles of O.SY. M.A.E. are moving. The duration of the contract is set for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of its signing, with the right to unilaterally extend the contract following the opinion of the acceptance committee and by decision of the decision-making body of the contracting entity, provided that the full installation has not been completed or the supply has not been completed and the budget has not been exhausted. The duration of the extension of the contract will concern a period to be determined following a relevant decision of the decision-making body of O.SY. M.A.E. according to the needs of the contracting entity. After the conclusion of the contract, during the implementation of the project and before the expiration of the contract, the contracting entity may decide to exercise an option by increasing the physical scope of the project (as described herein) up to forty percent (40%) of the contractual price of the initial contract. The estimated value of the contract (including the option) amounts to €1,260,000.00 excluding 24% VAT (estimated value including VAT: €1,562,400.00) and is broken down as follows: - Estimated value of this contract #€900,000.00# excluding 24% VAT (€1,116,000.00 including VAT) and - Estimated value of the option to increase the physical object #€360,000.00# excluding 24% VAT (€446,400.00 including VAT) Bids for part of the object are not permitted.
