The second component, implementation of investments to expand the social and economic inclusion of selected disadvantaged and vulnerable groups and individuals is dedicated to the social and economic inclusion of selected disadvantaged and vulnerable groups and individuals that are present in the intervention area and can be adversely affected (on a permanent or temporary basis) by the project. The third component, project management aims at providing implementation support to the project management and Implementation Unit (PMU) and Project Executing Units (PEUs) regarding the technical, environmental, social, fiduciary, supervision, monitoring and evaluation (M and E), and communications requirements of the project, as applicable, including training and operating costs.
