Opseg poslova obuhvaća i pružanje usluga i isporuke robe koji nisu izrijekom navedeni ali su tehnički potrebni kako bi se ispunila tehnička jamstva i koji su, prema pravilima struke, neophodni za postizanje pune funkcionalnosti robe. Sva roba mora biti nuđena na paritetu DDP (Incoterms 2020, najnovije izdanje) skladište Naručitelja - Plinacro, IVANIĆ GRAD, Ulica 65. bataljuna ZNG br. 3, te pušteno u rad i održavano na lokacijama Naručitelja MRS Zagreb zapad i MRS Žabno sukladno Tehničkoj specifikaciji i Troškovniku, sve do potpune funkcionalnosti i upotrebljivosti robe. Na predmetnu nabavu primjenjivati će se odredbe članka 395. Zakona o javnoj nabavi
