Također, jamči korektnost u postupku te izostanak bilo kakve zabranjene prakse te izražava suglasnost s provedbom revizije cijelog predmeta od strane neovisnih stručnjaka te prihvaća odgovornost i sankcije uključujući bezuvjetan otkaz ugovora ukoliko se krše pravila.
