A Médiaszolgáltatás-támogató és Vagyonkezelő Alap meglévő TV stúdió infrastruktúrában kíván hangkeverő rendszert cserélni az üzembiztonság fenntartása, valamint a megnövekedett gyártási igényekhez igazodva TV stúdió hangkeverő rendszert kíván beszerezni. Feltétlenül szükséges, hogy a beszerzésre kerülő új eszközök, anyagok és rendszerek mindenben kompatibilisek legyenek az MTVA meglévő eszközeivel és rendszereivel az alábbi műszaki paraméterekre is tekintettel. Rendszerszinten kapcsolódnia és együttműködnie kell az MTVA Központi kapcsolótermének eszközeivel, ami azt jelenti, hogy lehetővé kell tennie az I/O és vezérlés megosztását a többi, már meglévő és rendszert alkotó hangasztalokkal és a központi audiomátrixal (RELINK).
