Human Capital Protection Project

The development objective of the Human Capital Protection Project for Burkina Faso is to support the Recipient’s efforts to ensure the provision of essential social services. The project comprises of two components. The first component, ensuring the provision of essential health and education services will finance essential health and education services under the goods and services economic classification. It consists of following sub-components: (i) ensuring the provision of essential health services; and (ii) ensuring the provision of essential education services. The second component, project management will finance the operating costs required for implementing the project, including managing its fiduciary risk.
