Website and web application operation and development

The task of the winning bidder is to operate and develop the software of the website and web applications for BKK Zrt. as follows: • Performing software operation tasks o Reliable operation of systems with high availability o Investigating and resolving emerging errors o Ensuring compliance with legal obligations and security aspects o Performing version tracking and update tasks o Close cooperation with the server operation team • Performing software development tasks o Accepting emerging development needs o Consultation, requirements specification o Elaborating implementation proposals o Implementing development, project management o Taking over new developments and system components for operation The contract budget is net HUF 124,080,000 + VAT, of which the Requesting Party undertakes a call-up obligation of 70%. The Contracting Authority plans to order an average of 45 hours of “Parameterization” and 50 hours of “Development” tasks per month, but reserves the right to order a different quantity up to the amount of the budget. If any part of the call or the public procurement document contains a reference to a certain make, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, or if it specifies a standard, technical permit, technical specifications or technical recommendation, the Contracting Authority will also accept the equivalent performance.
