Request Expression of Interest (REOI) Consulting Services – Firm Selection Number: B-1.5/630/UM.02/VII/2026 SYSTEM INTEGRATOR (SI) FOR MOMS LMIS ARCHITECTURE REVITALIZATION, DEVELOPMENT, ENHANCEMENT, AND PROVIDING IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT SERVICES Reference No. ID-MOM-555653-CS-QCBS  Labour Market Information and Skills for Transformation for Labour Market Flexibility Project – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development – Loan Number 9636-ID   The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Labour Market Information and Skills for Transformation for Labour Market Flexibility (LISTRAF) and intend to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.  The main purpose of this assignment is to focus on the revitalization of the existing SIAPkerja platform, a digital ecosystem developed and managed by the Ministry of Manpower (hereinafter referred to as the “Ministry”), through the following: (i) redesign of the SIAPkerja user interface based on user mapping and end-user needs; (ii) redesign of the system architecture to improve interoperability among existing Ministry services and across other ministry/agency services; (iii) strengthening of system features to address unmet service needs; and (iv) enhancement of IT architecture and supporting technology infrastructure. The duration of the assignment is expected to be around 12 (twelve) months. The total estimated level of effort is about 198 (one hundred ninety eight)  professional staff months.
