REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION) Indonesia Investing In Nutrition & Early Years Phase 2 Program (P180491) GFF Grant Number TF0C1687 IHCA Grant Number TF0C3114 Project ID No. P180491   Assignment Title : Technical Assistance Local Government Capacity Building for Acceleration of Stunting Reduction (TA LGCB-ASR) Investing in Nutrition and Early Years (INEY) Phase II Program           2026-2028 Reference No : ID-DITJEN BINA BANGDA-522827-CS-QCBS The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Investing in Nutrition & Early Years Phase 2 Program in Indonesia (GFF Grant Number TF0C1687 and IHCA Grant Number TF0C3114) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include results-based financing mechanism, focusing on capacity building of the system and the sustainability of convergence in accelerating stunting reduction across Indonesia. The duration of project task implementation is estimated to be             18 (eighteen) months and the location of task implementation is located in Jakarta and across designated regions. Detailed TOR is attached in the REOI. The Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General of Regional Development now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services.
