The objective of the consultancy (“the Services”) is to engage Technical Consultants to provide specialized engineering, advisory and supervision support to the PIU housed in HPPWD Shimla for the effective delivery of the READY-HP Project. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for(i) overall project management of the buildings and emergency shelters investments, (ii) preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for the major maintenance, strengthening, rehabilitation, retrofitting, and reconstruction of damaged buildings, (iii) design and supervision of new buildings and emergency shelters and (iv) providing end-to-end technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle. The duration of the services will be 48 months with (i) DPR preparation, environmental and social assessments (ESAs) and commensurate mitigation plans, and associated studies (to be delivered in the first 12 months) and other scope as per TORs(ii) construction supervision support (months 13– 48, however,...
