2. Description of Requirement:

The 418th Contracting Brigade, on behalf of the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, has a requirement for a one-year subscription license for the Virtual Air Defense Systems Integrator (V-ADSI) software. This software provides a critical, standalone tactical data system capable of integrating and visualizing air defense data, ensuring operational continuity.

Key requirements for the software include:

Interoperability with over 300 tactical data link and radar protocols used by U.S., NATO, and allied forces, including Link 16 and .JREAP.
Advanced gateway and multi-link forwarding functions.
The ability to create a Common Operating Picture (COP) from disparate military sensor feeds.
Rapid deployment on standard government-furnished laptops and tablets.
