As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position:
Consultant to provide technical legal support to the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic
Qualification Requirements:
• Higher education in law (a specialization in civil law shall be an advantage).
• At least 5 years of legal work experience, including legal support for government agencies and regulatory activities.
• At least 3 years of work experience in international organizations or projects.
• Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian; proficiency in English shall be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) shall be mandatory.
Interested candidates are invited to send their CV, indicating their contact telephone number and position in English and Russian, letters of recommendation from their place of work, copies of relevant diplomas and certificates, as well as the contact details of at least two referees for verification of references, by 18:00 on September 30, 2026, by email: puimzkr@gmail.com; saltanat1281@mail.ru; a_turgunalieva@mz.med.kg; or by mail to Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Togolok-Moldo 1a St, 1nd floor, No. 12.
