(as per Procurement Plan): KG/KA1/CS/2026/CQS-01 The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Technical Assistance for Kambarata 1 Hydropower Plant Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include Resettlement Action Plan (RAP1) Preparation for Construction Site and Associated Facilities. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are as follows: Consultant must have at least 7 years of proven experience in developing Resettlement Plans/socio-economic surveys/land use assessments; Consultant must have at least three (3) successfully completed projects in the field of resettlement, land acquisition, and social assessment, preferably within the framework of projects financed by the World Bank, ADB, and EBRD; Experience in energy projects will be an asset; Proven experience with the Kyrgyz legislation in...
