Lot 1- Automatic Levelling Instrument – 100 nos Lot 2 – Total Stations- 10 nos RFB No: SLMOI/CRES/CERC/GOODS/ID/NCB/29 Issued on: September 14, 2026 The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilience Multiphase Programmatic Approach (CResMPA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract. The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee on behalf of Climate Resilience Multiphase Programmatic Approach now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Surveying Equipment for Reconstruction of Flood Damaged Structures. Delivery period: 8 Weeks . 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidder must meet the following minimum qualification criteria (i). General Experience; a) . The bidder should have at least Ten (10) years of experience in the supply and providing after sales services for survey instruments/ Equipment continuously in Sri Lanka prior to the bid submission deadline b) . The manufacturer should have experience in manufacture same make/brand for a minimum of 20 years (ii).
