  THE DEMOCRATIC SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF SRI LANKA   Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation   Climate Resilience Multiphase Programmatic Approach (CResMPA)   Request for Bids – Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process)   Country: Sri Lanka Name of Project: Climate Resilience Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach  Contract Title: Supply, Deployment, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Operational Support of Metocean Mooring Buoy for the Department of Meteorology, Sri Lanka Loan No: IBRD-89960 RFB Reference No.: SLMOI/CRES/DOM/G/ICB/120   The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilience Multiphase Programmatic Approach (CResMPA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1]for Procurement of Metocean Mooring Buoy . “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.”   2.         The Chairperson, Project Procurement Committee now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Deployment, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Operational Support of Metocean Mooring Buoy for the Department of Meteorology, Sri Lanka , shall complete at a proposed location considering various environmental, safety, and operational aspects within 03 months from the date contract singed.
