The Government of Liberia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Liberia Electricity Sector Strengthening and Access Project 2(LESSAP 2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for  Supply and Delivery of Advanced Smart Single-Phase  & Three-Phase Switchable Prepayment/ Postpaid Energy meters complete with single meter enclosures and accessories   for the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC ). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 2. The Liberia Electricity Corporation through the LESSAP PIU, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Advanced Smart Single-Phase  & Three-Phase Switchable Prepayment/Postpaid Energy meters complete with single meter enclosures and accessories  for the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) to be completed within a period of 4-6 months.
