1. The Government of the Republic of Liberia (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has been allocated grant and loan funds (the “Financing”) from The World Bank which are administered by the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) and executed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (“the Client”). The Client now intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contract for Supply of ICT Infrastructure for National Single Window System (NSW) for the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.

2. This bidding covers the Supply of ICT Infrastructures for National Single Window System (NSW) for the Liberia Revenue Authority as detailed under Section V – Schedule of Supplies. The goods are categorized under three (3) procurement lots as indicated below.
