Il s'agit du lot 4 du PAP KIEM (ouest), intitulé (Projet) "Kiem 2050 » et prévoit 4 bâtiments (dénommés F7, F8, F9 et F10). Les promoteurs Immobel et Prefalux désignés par un appel à candidatures organisé par le Fonds et dont ils ont été les lauréats, sont les maîtres d’ouvrage de ces 4 bâtiments, que le Fonds commercialise en vente en état future d’achèvement. La mission concerne 129 appartements (« Logements Fonds Kirchberg ») du projet. Le projet de construction a débuté en juillet 2025 et devrait se terminer prévisiblement au 2e semestre 2028. Date prévisionnelle de début du marché: mai 2026
