Dear Supplier,
1. You are invited to submit your price quotation(s) for the supply of the following items:
• Managed Drupal hosting and platform support for portal.gov.mh and up to 30 ministry/agency sub-sites (2-year initial contract term)
• Full technical requirements are set out in Annex 2 of this document.
Information on technical specifications and required quantities are attached.
2. Quotations will be evaluated on the basis of Total Contract Price (Items 1 + 2 in Annex 1, 2-year term). The quotation offering the lowest compliant total price will be recommended for award, subject to confirmation that all mandatory technical requirements in Annex 2 are met. Quotations that do not address all mandatory (Required) items will be considered non-compliant and excluded from price comparison.
3. Your price quotation in the forms attached (Annexes 1, 3 and 4) may be submitted by hand delivery, post or electronically at the following address:
