Country: Republic of Mozambique Name of Project:  Mozambique Safer Roads for Socio-Economic Integration (SRSEI) PROGRAM Grant number:    IDA-E0780 Job title: Administrative/Financial Assistant (AFA) Reference Number: MZ-PMU-559391-CS-INDV The Government of Mozambique, represented by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MTL), has received funding from the World Bank for the Mozambique Safer Roads for Socio-Economic Integration (SRSEI) and intends to apply part of the resources to consulting services. The consulting services ("the Services") involve ensuring the efficient management of the administrative, financial and human resources processes of the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), ensuring transparency in the execution of the budget and reliable reporting to the Project Portfolio Coordination Unit (PCU). The Administration and Finance Officer reports to the SRSEI Project Implementation Unit - Mozambique SOP2 (PIU) through the PIU Coordinator, who is directly reporting to the Project Portfolio Coordination Unit (PCU) Coordinator. In functional terms, it reports to the Financial Manager of PCU. The expected duration of the project is 24 months. There will be a probationary period of 3 months from the date of signing the contract. The contract will be renewed upon satisfactory performance. TheAFA will report to the Project Coordinator as leader of the PIU, which is directly subordinated to the PMU.
