The Government of Mozambique (GoM), hereinafter referred to as "the Borrower," has requested financing from the World Bank to fund the Energy Access Transformation and Sustainable Acceleration Project (ASCENT). The financing resources are implemented through Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. (EDM), acting as the Project Implementation Agency. In this context, EDM intends to apply part of the financing proceeds for consultancy services.   2. The consultancy services ("the Services") include a time-based contract for an Individual Consultant for the Assessment, Design, and Development of the Implementation Roadmap for EDM's Customer GIS Mapping and Systems Integration Framework, with an estimated total period of twelve (12) months, during which five (5) missions shall be completed.   3. Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. (EDM) hereby invites eligible Individual Consultants ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the relevant qualifications and experience to perform the Services.
