The Government of Mozambique (GOM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Roads for the North (CRRN), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for ANE Project Implementation Unit (PIU), in Cabo Delgado province hereafter designated the “ Services ”. 2. The objective of the consultancy assignment is to support ANE,IP’s, IP Project Implementation Unit (PIU), in Cabo Delgado province, to strengthen the PIU's technical capacity in order to guarantee the adequate implementation of the all activities related to the project. Therefore, the consultant will be responsible for implementing and supervising the activities in specific areas of the CRRN following ANE,IP guidelines, manuals and standards. 3.
