The consulting services ("the Services") involve (i) collection, consolidation, analysis and exploitation of the data produced, (ii) Tracking of project performance indicator, (iii) the exploitation and dissemination of information on the performance of the project, namely through the production of periodic reports and evaluation reports of the project activities. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) will work at the PIU, reports to the PIU Coordinator and will also work closely with the PCU monitoring and evaluation specialist. The expected duration of the project is 24 months. There will be a probationary period of 3 months from the date of signing the contract. The contract will be renewed upon satisfactory performance. The M&E Officer reports to the SRSEI Project Implementation Unit - SRSEI (PIU) through the PIU Coordinator, who is directly reporting to the Project Portfolio Coordination Unit (PCU) Coordinator.
