The Contractor shall perform maintenance for the following; 1. Drain Pipe - The Contractor shall clean drain pipes to ensure they are fully sanitary, functional, and operational, without any offensive odors or clogs. 2. Dryer Duct - The Contractor shall clean laundry dryer exhaust duct systems using machines to ensure they are fully sanitary, functional, and operational without any offensive odors or clogs. 3. Water Storage Tank - The Contractor shall clean and disinfect the designated water storage tank and associated equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
