NHSRII is being implemented through a Sector-Wide Approach (SWAp), which seeks to align government institutions, development partners, private sector actors, and civil society organizations around a common health sector strategy, results framework, and accountability architecture and has received financing from the World Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.   The consulting services (“the Services”) include: To establish and maintain a pool of qualified consulting firms that can provide demand-driven technical assistance to support implementation of NHSRII priorities and other national and subnational health sector initiatives.
