FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA         GOVERNMENT OF KWARA STATE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT National Competitive Procurement   Name of Project: Kwara State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape Project (Kwara-ACRESAL) Contract Title: Stormwater Management and Land Reclamation in Eruda, Ilorin West LGA, Kwara State   RFB Reference No.:   NG-KWARA STATE ACRESAL-513838-CW-RFB Credit No .:           Credit No.: IDA-70150   SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape (ACReSAL) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Storm Water Management and Land Reclamation in Eruda, Ilorin West LGA, Kwara State.   The Kwara State Ministry of Environment, through the State Project Management Unit (SPMU)  of  ACReSAL now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the activity. The Storm Water Management Works involve construction of concrete channels, including culverts, covering a length of 7.1km and bioremediation. The construction is expected to be completed in 540 days. Margin of Preference shall not be allowed.   Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Projects Financing,” 7th Edition – September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.   Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (local time) at the address given below.   The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible...
