De Rotterdamse Vereniging voor Katholiek Onderwijs (RVKO) besteedt de schoonmaakdienstverlening voor haar scholen Europees aan. De opdracht omvat de dagelijkse en periodieke schoonmaak van onderwijs- en ondersteunende locaties, inclusief vloeronderhoud, glasbewassing (binnen en buiten), incidentele gevelreiniging, en voor een deel van de locaties, levering van sanitaire artikelen. De RVKO beoogt een professionele, betrouwbare en duurzame dienstverlening met aantoonbare kwaliteit conform VSR-methodiek en KPI’s, duidelijke communicatiestructuren, zorgvuldige transitie en flexibiliteit bij wijzigingen in omvang en deelname van scholen. Bij aanvang nemen 27 scholen deel aan de overeenkomst; gedurende de looptijd kunnen overige RVKO-scholen toetreden tot een maximum van 65 scholen. De geraamde maximale opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 22,42 miljoen exclusief btw over een looptijd van vier jaar met een optie tot verlenging van vier jaar.
