Door de splitsing van Waternet per januari 2026 is voor Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht (hierna AGV) een zelfstandige aanbesteding voor arbodienstverlening nodig. De opdracht is gericht op het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor integrale arbodienstverlening aan AGV voor de duur van maximaal 4 jaar. De dienstverlening omvat onder meer verzuimbegeleiding, inzet van bedrijfsartsen, arbeidsdeskundigen en bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werk, binnen het eigen regiemodel van AGV. Daarnaast moet de Opdrachtnemer bijdragen aan preventie, duurzame inzetbaarheid, sociaal-medische advisering en het terugdringen van het verzuim. Met de aanbesteding beoogt AGV een kwalitatief goede en toekomstbestendige arbodienstverlening te contracteren die aansluit bij de organisatieontwikkeling en wettelijke verplichtingen.
