De raamovereenkomst eindigt automatisch zodra de maximale cumulatieve opdrachtwaarde van € 8.200.000,- excl. BTW is bereikt. Na het bereiken van deze maximale financiële omvang kunnen geen deelopdrachten meer worden verstrekt. De aanbestedende dienst garandeert een minimale omzet van € 650.000,- excl. BTW per jaar gedurende de eerste twee (2) jaar van de raamovereenkomst.
