Tender for neighbourhood maintenance

The Municipality of Stadskanaal manages and maintains public space within the municipal boundaries of Stadskanaal with the aim of creating and maintaining a safe, attractive, and sustainable living environment. Public green spaces form an important part of this and contribute to livability, health, biodiversity, and climate adaptation. The management and maintenance of public green spaces take place within established policy frameworks and quality levels, including the application of visual quality systems such as the CROW Visual Quality Catalogue. The Social Neighbourhood and Green Maintenance project involves carrying out regular and small-scale maintenance on public green spaces, paving, and related works in residential areas and town centres within the Municipality of Stadskanaal. The works include, among other things, the maintenance of lawns, public gardens, hedges, planting, and tree surrounds, the removal of weeds, and the care of public spaces. The works are carried out in both urban areas and in villages and neighbourhoods within the municipality.
