Procurement competition with two sub-contracts | The Pathology Department at OUS needs fully automatic instrumentation for use in In Vitro Diagnostics (CE-IVD) for paraffin cast on histological material, as well as fresh material (freezer section). Consumables shall be offered in a separate framework agreement. System A: Shall have a capacity of minimum 120 glass/day and with a large selection of protocols with several different reagents and visualisation systems (colours) at the same time: minimum 50 reagent places on the instrument. The instrumentation shall be fully automated for both IHC (Immunhistochemistry - both single and double colouring) and ISH. | The Pathology Department at OUS needs fully automatic instrumentation for use in In Vitro Diagnostics (CE-IVD) for paraffin cast on histological material, as well as fresh material (freezer section). The instrumentation shall be fully automated for both IHC (Immunhistochemistry), IF (immunofluorescosis) and ISH (In-Situ Hybridisation). System B: Shall have a capacity of minimum 150 glass/day and be able to do SISH, as well as have the possibility for manual application of antibodies directly on glass when driving.
