Government of Nepal Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Environment Food and Nutrition Security Enhancement Project II Project Management Unit Hariharbhawan, Lalitpur Project ID: P181087 REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION) Date of Notice Published: 01/06/2083 Grant No.: TF0C1798 Assignment Title: Endline Survey of FANSEP II Reference No .: NP-MOALD-568188-CS-QCBS- PMU - YR3 The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food and Nutrition Security Enhancement Project II (FANSEP II) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include ENDLINE SURVEY of FANSEP II project implementation in 16 rural municipalities of 8 project districts. The Endline Survey will, to the extent possible, revisit same households surveyed during the Baseline Survey, to construct a panel dataset that permits before-after (baseline-endline) and treatment-comparison (with-without) impact analysis. The baseline sample comprised 1,750 treatment households (5% of 35,000 households project coverage) and 750 comparison households, totaling 2,500 households. The Endline Survey will target the same panel of 2,500 households.
