• The Government of Nepal (GoN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the preparation and implementation of the Kathmandu Valley Water Security Improvement Project (KV WaSIP) – Sisneri Water Supply Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
• The consulting services (“the Services”) include detailed engineering design, preparation of estimates, economic/financial feasibility assessment and preparation of procurement documents required for effective implementation of the Dam and its ancillary components under the project. A total of 144 person-months for experts is estimated and the assignment is expected to commence in January 2027 with the implementation period of 14 months. • The Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Management Board (KVWSMB) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the above consulting services. Interested Consultants shall provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
