Leicester City Council has an obligation to appoint suppliers to undertake the Supply of Pre-owned Vehicles via Auction and Disposal of Ex-works.
The requirement is for the provision of a compliant and value for money service for the supply of quality assured pre-owned vehicles via auction and the disposal of ex-works/end-of-life fleet assets.
