The consulting services (“the Services”) include the provision of specialized expertise in early warning systems communications to support the preparation of the THRIVE Project Proposal and its associated technical documentation. The Consultant will assess existing early warning communication and dissemination systems, identify investment priorities and institutional arrangements, develop recommendations to strengthen multi-hazard early warning communications, and provide technical inputs for the preparation and finalization of the THRIVE Project Proposal for submission to the DEPDev-ICC and the World Bank Board.
