1. The Government of Pakistan has received credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Works of following schemes:

2. The Project Director, IFRAP (Component-I) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction Works of the above-mentioned scheme.
3. The Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020, the bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
4. The completion time for works is 540 days. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Office of the Project Director, Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP)-Component-I at the address given below.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloaded from www.ifrappius.org.pk by completing a basic information sheet for future correspondence. Interested bidders may also obtain hard copies of bidding documents upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- for each set of each contract.
