The Govt. of the Punjab (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) & International Bank of Reconstruction & Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan/credit (hereinafter called “loan/credit”) toward the cost of Punjab Inclusive Cities Program. Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), an implementing agency of the Client, hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’ intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments. The Client intends to hire services of Chartered Accountant Firms to perform audit perform audit of 14 LGs or its successors/WASAs for a financial year (FY2025-2026). The audit is to be carried out in accordance with appropriate professional standards of auditing (International Standards of Auditing as adopted by the institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan) in line with World Bank Regulations.

• The Client now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required capacity, qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. All the relevant documents i.e., copies of agreements of completed projects mentioned in the EOI and completion certificates of the same quoted projects invariably be attached in the EOI otherwise no points/scores will be awarded.
