REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST [REOI] PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES N ame of Country:   Islamic Republic of Pakistan N ame of Project:     Karachi Mobility Project– Yellow Line Corridor (BRT) Loan No:                  IBRD-8995-PK C lie n t :                     Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA), Government of Sindh The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Karachi Mobility Project– Yellow Line Corridor (BRT) [ the Project ], and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for Position:          Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Specialist - (One Position) Reference No. PK-SMTA-561065-CS-INDV Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental Sciences, Health Sciences or related field from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage. Experience: At least five (05) years post qualification relevant experience in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plan, Environment, Health & Safety, planning/designing, Implementing, training, monitoring and evaluation SHE&Q related activities. Specialized Training ISO 9001-2015, Quality Management System, ISO-14001, Occupational Health & Safety, ISO-22000, Quality Assurance, or any skill considered relevant for the position. Experience of working infrastructure projects (consultancy + works) / Projects funded by donor agencies shall be preferred.
