Bidders may bid for the tender, subject to meeting aggregate qualification requirements, as further defined in the bidding document. The Project Director, Agriculture Delivery Unit – Sindh Water Agriculture Transformation Project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction/Rehabilitation of Agriculture Research Building Civil Works located in the Tando Jam and Rohri, under the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
