• The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services under the Component-II of Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for subject consulting services.

Civil Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering design, planning, cost estimation, preparation of BOQs, construction supervision, contract administration, and quality assurance of public infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing Engineer's Estimates, technical specifications, bidding documents, and evaluation of civil works.
• Good knowledge of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards, Building Codes of Pakistan, Federal and Provincial construction regulations, Public Procurement Rules, and contract administration procedures.
